Great pics of a terrific little secret of a city. Jackson, MS (downtown) impressed the heck out of me when I was there this past January. It really has a great looking downtown IMO, that is just bremming with potential IMO.

Jackson, MS (downtown) impressed the heck out of me when I was there this past January. It really has a great looking downtown IMO, that is just bremming with potential IMO.

Alot of this potential seems to be getting used, as there are many projects going on in downtown, and around the city.

Finally!

One thing that impressed me most about Jackson's downtown was the spacing between the buildings, and its location from the major roadways... Jackson is definately brimming with potential. There's no telling what the Nissan Factory will do for this community. I say give it -10 years and we'll really start to see something.

If I could make one request of Jackson, please don't neglect the lower class neighborhoods anymore. Its really sad to see such a great bit of the community living in substandard communities, and hear all of the reports about crime.
