I guess you have the general sense of 'urban' and then you have the Arkansas version of 'urban'. Of course there's some people who think of Little Rock as pretty small. I also think people in Arkansas generally use the term city for anything above 10,000 where I doubt many other areas do.

While that's true, I know enough people from Harrison to know they are country and proud of it.

It's actually a really attractive little town and has a lot to do for a town that size.
