New park in Columbia

According to the city of Columbia's website, a new park is under construction in the Garner's Ferry Road/Atlas Road area. Anyone know anything about it or how much progress is being made?

It's southeast's Finlay Park. Huge. 36 or so tennis courts.

Wow, that's cool. Columbia has a pretty good parks system, I've always thought.

That's sounds great. but unfortunately I haven't heard anything about it. But it's no surprise seeing whats happening to Garners Ferry Rd with all the new developments
