Greg Gilmore unveiled more plans for the conversion of the old Creston Library (the "flatiron" building right in the Creston Business District) to a coffee shop, restaurant and bakery. He is asking for a variance to allow a rooftop patio and to allow liquor sales.

That's a great old building. I'll see if I can find a picture. ;)
