Lots of activity at the closed  Wendy's at Cherrydale. It's been fenced in as well.

Chase opened in Clemson last fall and said at the time they had plans for 7 Greenville area brick and mortar locations. Maybe it's them.

Its confirmed that it will be Chase Bank.  They are also doing on on Pelham Rd. at 85 where the Hardee's used to be.

Darn just what Cherrydale needs is another bank. Already has a  First Citizens and Wells Fargo with BOA across the street.  Was hoping for something like a Chipotle or Tropical Grille at CD.

Would be nice to get some more offerings like that over this side of town.  Another bank is very underwhelming.

There is a Keels Concepts banner on 624 Poinsett Hwy (corner of Poinsett and Hammett). The building has been gutted.  Anyone know anything?

I have seen some limited activity on occasion on this site which leads me to believe it is not dead. I would guess they are working through financing issues as most project are at the moment and trying to get numbers to work.

It's really disappointing that they're even touching the exterior appearance of the Radio Room building.

Poinsett Corners is a condo building across from the Peace Center.

They are just sprucing up the Radio Room building. Pics are at different angles. It looks like the major work is at the building next to that one.
