Lofts of Greenville

It's about half a mile or so outside the city limits. They have done a real good job on these. Definitely a big asset to the neighbourhood.

And the Reedy river trail runs right by the mill. So you will be able to connect right into downtown along the trail by the end of this year.

The large parking lot across from the mill was actually donated to the church across the street...

Also, update on the Mayfair-Bailey Mill in Spartanburg. The same people that did The Lofts of Greenville are also working on this mill, it will be Mayfair Lofts of Spartanburg. They plan on opening it for residency in September of this year. They alrady have a site up too, www.mayfairloft.com, it's got a few pictures there of the construction. If it's anything like The Lofts of Greenville, it will be a hit!
