Not crazy over the med. revival architecture, but nice project for Riverside.

I believe they should be forced to set aside land for a potential extension of the riverwalk, from I-95 to Memorial Park. It also wouldn't hurt if they worked a little harder to fit the project into its surroundings.

This doesn't mean it has to have street level retail, but two story townhomes, along the streets, surrounding the tower, wouldn't hurt.

This looks like it belongs at the beach. At least Villa Riva had townhomes...

while it definitely looks beachy with that med. stucco crappy look, somehow theres something different about it, like a more urban look, but maybe i'm crazy

Its definately beachy looking, but I guess its better than the 2 story office building currently sitting there. Since most of these new proposals are luxury units, it should be interesting to see which ones presale the fastest and actually end up getting built first.
