Sounds like a good idea. I can't believe how expensive SC's public schools are, especially compared to comparable (and better) schools in GA and FL. I'm currently paying less than $100 a credit hour at UCF, and I think UGA and the other FL schools are all in that range.

I want our state colleges and universities to continue offering the best education possible. Yes, the cost of education goes up to improve things, but we can only pay so much to go to college. I hope there are other ways to fund the needs of our state colleges and universities.
