Conrad Hilton's "Million Dollar Mountain", the first hotel he built himself in 1925, is being renovated as another Hotel Indigo. Recently, the hotel was being operated in a lackluster manner as the Hotel Aristocrat. I'm glad to see that this important Dallas landmark is getting some attention. The Indigo hotel chain, a sub-group of Inter-Continental, is growing rapidly. This should be a good fit for them.

My impression is that it is to be rebuilt as a boutique hotel more like Hotel ZaZa, which is really lacking in downtown proper. I would think it would do very well.

Previous management was pitiful, I stayed there a little over a year ago and was sorely disappointed.
