More Retail Downtown

I don't feel like I'm in the dark on new retail downtown (mainly because of Urban Planet ) but I hadn't heard that this office supply store is opening...that'll be a nice addition. Hope they do well - the location should be good since Kinko's is so busy.

I wish that those stores faced the street. I'm not sure how any of them survive tucked so far back in there out of view.

That's probably why so many have come and gone out of there, and probably why they're re-doing that former garage by Kinko's into retail/office space. But office supplies will be nice to have downtown.

Thanks mgreven for reminding me, anyone know what they are doing in the ground-floor corner of the Trust Building, right at Pearl & Ottawa? It looks like they are finishing it out.
