This pleases me. Not only does it avoid issues of sprawl, traffic, and over saturation of a market (which seems to doom every mall) it also keeps the current Kenowa location at its site, keeping it from becoming an eye sore.

The office building on that site is a really nice one. If anything perhaps they could split the lot up and try to sell the land that the building is on for office use and then use the rest for some sort of high tech industry which doesn't use a lot of room but brings jobs to the area.
