Challenge is to build on retail momentum

DANG now that is good news it looks like downtown is just about ready for the traffic of the superbowl

LOL. It's far from ready. But we are making some great progress.

I've also heard that a Banana Republic and a Starbuck's are coming to Merchant's Row across from Compuware. Also, I heard about 2 more new restaurants that are coming, but I cannot rememer their names .

Downtown continues it's magnificant rebound....now If we could just do the same for the other parts of the city.
