How's the hotel in Portsmouth coming along? Last I knew the exterior was nearly finished and the whole thing was suppose to be completed in spring of this year.

I was just in Portsmouth this Saturday. This hotel (the Hilton Garden) looks fantastic. A real model to cities trying to architecture both modern and contextual.
