with construction of Gold Cup starting in Oct. do you think it will help fill the pretty much empty center?

Kinetix has signed a lease for 7,000 sf in what is now called the shoppes at ansley village.sunco gas station is under construction.from what i have heard construction on gold cup to start next month.the center also has a new owner Blue Ridge Piedmont LLC.

Comics Plus now open.Glitz Salon and Spa to open in jannuary,Kinetix to open in mid Jannuary.Gold Cup is on hold for now.part of the delay is financing but bussiness is also down.they have all of the machinery for the new center and hope to start when the economy picks up.
