I'm moving to Florida and need to sell my condo but I don't want to use a realtor...I'd like to attempt on my own first. It sounds like the market is still pretty good but my building is newer and the developer still has about a handfull of units remaining for sale. Does anyone know of a good medium/websites to post in?
