wasn't quite sure where to post this but if Iowa is here, I guess Nebraska is here too. I was searching Omaha news just to see if anything new was going up, and although there are lots of skeptics, it appears this 32 story condo tower is going to go up soon!

I like the building, but why must Omaha lose another landmark? The Union Pacific Building was surely worth preserving. Omaha has already lost so much of its architectural legacy.

Well that is a shame about the Union-Pacific Building. Thats makes this project less appealing, although if it HAS to come down, I suppose this project would be better than alot of things to replace it with.
