Nice shot Nate. That's good to see them converting that into a 6 or 7 floor condo. More conversions like that can help with the housing shortage too. :thumbsup:

Very cool. Is HRI doing that project? They're awesome at historic restorations!

I couldn't tell you man. I never really focused on the name of the developer when I was looking at the sign on the building, just what it was being converted into.

Besides, there are bigger buildings in New Orleans than in Shreveport, so I automatically win.

I'd love to get her, the dog, the house, and the cars back. The extra money would be nice as well.
