Hyatt Hotel in Knoxville?

I was just checking out emporis.com because I wanted to see a rendering of the Worsham Watkins Tower (which I must say was a very nice looking tower and would have looked great in Knoxville's skyline), and I happened to run across a proposal for a new 18-story Hyatt Hotel. Does anyone know the status of it or possibly have any renderings?

This is all I have found so far. This is a proposal that is over a year old and was one of 5 submitted to the City of Knoxville.

That Westin deal sounds very interesting. I like the idea of an upscale steakhouse in downtown Knoxville.
