What is the status of phase 2? Both phase 2 & 3 have diagrams on DP3's site. How are they related to Colliers International?

I think its obvious that they were hired to find tenants for one of the planned buildings, why else would they have created a marketing package to do just that?

I'm not mentioning him by name, but he's been very, very ill for a while now.

That's unfortunate to hear. First time hearing about any illness. My sentiment remains though.  Change in leadership should be a good thing regardless of how or why that change was made.

Hollingsworth Park only has 40 more acres left.  Verdae has a lot more than that.

Wow, the Salters Rd subdivision sucks.  I assume that prevents ever realigning Salters Rd to intersect Woodruff at the light with Mall Connector.  Will be interesting to see how that gets approved as a portion of that plat is within the city of Greenville while a portion is not (part of Greenville county)

Will be interesting to see if https://greenvilleadventurecenter.com/ comes to fruition.  This plat is right next to the 58 lot subdivision off of Woodruff.

I'm glad they've rediscovered the idea of an alley, even if it's for less than half of the lots. They should be required to connect through to the apartment property.

I wonder how extensive of a buffer they'll have to install to make the lots that back up to Woodruff attractive? Anyone have an inclination as to IF this is being teed up to bring in Ryan Homes again to build? I sure hope not.

I was wondering how this new connector might open up some land for additional development. Nice to see! And, I'm really happy to see the townhomes facing the park (complete with an ALLEY!).
