DT Durham may not have the pedestrian traffic of a big city, but this picture shows that it certainly has something that resembles a real city... comfortable and treelined sidewalks are always nice to have:

That CCB building is a beauty. I can watch it for long before I move on to another building. If it had a pointy crown, it would have looked like a mini Empire State Building
