Pittsburgh in top 10 safest business cities

Ok this was by metro and I am asking myself we fell from 1st (arguably) to 9th in one year? Then I realized this wasn't a crime safety stat, this was measuring the least "business distruptions", natural disasters, terrorism etc. Pittsburgh in the top 10 (9th actually), though I would like to crunch the numbers on places like Phoenix--a legit top 10 but ahead of Pittsburgh?--I think this is great news, especially combating the "unionized, overtaxed" labels that so many like to throw out about this area, would you rather have no personal income taxes and get 5 hurricanes a year in Florida? Just think about the savings on your average insurance premiums!

Interesting. I don't have time now but would like to read the article later. I wonder what "disruptions" occurred here to move us down? Was the hurricane Ivan flooding within the last year? Oh well, top ten is good regardless
