The fittest and fattest cities in America in the annual survey by Men's Fitness magazine, with cities in order of ranking, and 2005 rankings in parentheses. Some were on the opposite list:

This ranking is a joke. It rates cities on such things as how many fast food restaurants that a city has. Baltimore ranked low because it doesn't have many fast food restaurants per person in the city. They have just as many or more, they're just outside the city limits. Now if it were done on how much fried food.....
