Thanks, but I can't take any credit. I plucked that TC article (in the michigan forum) off of the Urban Planet articles on the main page. The MLUI leaves its articles on it's page for ever so I figured I'd post it. BTW I love some of the stuff monsoon and neo put up there. Thanks guys

The brownfield program has been really successful hasn't it? I wonder how many deals wouldn't have gone through without it.
