Thanks for the link. I have been meaning to take a tour over there and have just not had the time. I did the Sunday tour of Germantown and didn't have the chance to get over the Werthan. You guys have a great project and keep us updated.

Any news on the project that was suppose to go in the surface lot next to Werthan on 8th Ave? At one time it was the Enclave and then it changed to something else.

I'm glad to hear that this project is doing well. I wish more developers would consider using existing buildings instead of tearing them down.
