416 Vardry St. sold.  I know the M West developers wanted this property. Hopefully they are the ones buying it.  The single story building next door is on the market as well.

The corner building has sold as well and both parcels had the same buyer.  The combined price was $999,999.  I guess we will know soon if it will be an expansion of M West.

The house at 8 Mallard Street has been bought for a second phase of West End Walk. It will be another four units.

They sold for $435k-$439.5k  The last one sold in early March.

Did anyone attend this meeting in December or hear the results? I would be interested in knowing where these are being moved to, and if they're temporary or permanent relocations. Clearly the installations around the Greenville News need to be moved for construction/protection, but neither are actually significant to the site. And more importantly (and on topic): Does anyone know why/where Shoeless Joe Jackson is being moved, Or what the West End Market is doing on the agenda?

Does anyone else drive past this empty building and think "Hey that might make a pretty good live music venue?"   Looks big enough, plenty of parking, I like the barrel shaped roof (might be good for acoustics?)....

Spinx owns the vacant land between Academy and the building pictured.  I don't think they the McDonald's Appliance building parcel.
