I believe you are correct. If you scroll down to the map under the notable transactions it has their location as 322 Rhett St, Ballentine Equipment Building. I think this place could be a game changer. The rendering under that same map has what looks to be a second story addition...

I really like how this part of town is filling out beyond main to secondary streets and the streets that lead to them.  More affordable slightly less than prime location spots are so important to keeping tenants that are interesting.

I have no inside info. I just came across the website. I assume the info is current. The picture of the Right Price Grocery is definitely current, so i would expect the plans are still on or the Warehouse stuff would have been removed. from teh website.

The article mentions they were trying to put the building on the National Register. That can take quite awhile.
