Any word on that LifeStorage mixed use project along Rhett Street or is it pretty much dead?

If you are referring to the TD Self Storage mixed-use development, I recently heard the developer was re-evaluating the project.  I hope the music practice facilities feature will remain part of any future version of this site.

Here is what I remember hearing/reading:

"The new luxury townhouses will be located across the street from the proposed West End Community Hub by TD. The latter project -- a mixed-use site featuring air-conditioned storage units, a co-work space iShare, artists units, and retail -- had received final approval, but according to a TD Development representative, the group is currently reviewing the project and considering all of their options."

Maybe I’m having Deja vu, but I could’ve swore we knew this weeks, if not months ago.

The construction fence had been taken down.

The spot next to Rick Erwins West End Grille that was breifly occupied by The Terrace appears to be reoccupied and it looks like something by Rick Erwin. Anybody know anything? Also the building to the left of that that was recently renovated and has The Flying Biscuit Cafe going into the right side of it has a DRB notice in the window on the left side so maybe something else is coming there.

No Roof Decks, three levels with gable roofs.  Elevations not available but traditional architecture.

Pricing will be above 600k, perhaps 700k.

Response from neighbors was  positive. No other approvals required from the city other than normal building permits.
