Urban supermarket in downtown Asheville?

Because I like to have choices. And though I often shop at the stores you mention, they do not have a lot of the items that I can get at Whole Foods.

Choice is a good thing! Whole foods does have a bigger selection. With those two stores you are better off than a lot of other Cities.

Oh, I completely agree. I'm not putting either store down at all. Far from it. I was in the new Earth Fare in South Asheville for the first time yesterday and it's excellent. It's a very good store.

And it always amazes me, when I visit other cities, that Asheville has the variety of things available here that many other larger cities don't. And I'm not just talkin' groceries.
