This is going to be one big development. Crescent Resources is building.. will include big-boxes, residential, offices. Wal-Mart, Lowes expected to anchor.

Harris Teeter will join one part of the development closer to Highland Creek area

"Simonini's Christenbury development is expected to include a grocery store-anchored commercial tract that could be home to a Harris Teeter, sources say."
This is all an extention of CM Blvd.

He compares its growth potential to Whitehall, a development hot spot near I-485 southwest of Charlotte. "It's perceived not only as a residential and retail corridor, but as a business location as well," Warren says.
