$43 million is just the cost of the stadium itself. I'm not guessing on the final development dollars, but at one time it hit $230 million, but I don't know what it is now. I think it scaled back somewhat from that $230 high. But when you look at $80m for Viridian at 305 units, $80 for the Encore, $200 million for Siggie, I believe this one is going to reach $150 million or more.

Guess we'll find out pretty soon. Hope so, anyway.
