First Citizens Old HQ Site

I've responded to a few threads, but this is my first new topic.

With First Citizens Building almost complete on Main, what should be done with the old headquaters on Lady? It should be prime property for the Vista. I'm not sure what FCB plans to do with it, but surely the building(s) will be demolished and the property sold.

Dense housing. Some retail/restaurant space on Lady as well as Park. Probably a parking deck somewhere in there.
