Condo project on Harding delayed over neighbors concerns

This is the 10 story condo project I saw a rendering on and lost the link. The project has been approved on 2nd reading but the height has been brought down. The project will sit at Kenner and Harding right next to the Bellemeade theater project Tony Giarratana is doing.
