Manchester NH is NH's Largest city and the only city in NH to have highrise office towers and the only city in NH to have a population over 100,000. Right now its sitting at about 110,000. They are in the process of designing a river front baseball stadium, 120 Room National Chain Hotel, 200,000 sq ft Retail Space, 200 Residential Condo Units. All of that is going to be on the riverfront and it will look nice when its all finnished in 2005. The new baseball team is called the New Hampshire Fishercats and its a minor leage team of the Toronto Blue Jays http://www.newhampshirebaseball.com . Also there is a new arena football team for Manchester called the

Manchester Wolves. http://www.manchesterwolves.com/ . Also in Northwest Manchester, there is a huge residential development. Includes 384 apartment units and 106 single-family homes. Also on the Piscataquog river there are some apartments going up. 5 buildings on riverfront property containing 150 dwelling units. There are a lot more projects going on in the city including residential. Also they are building a business park in northwest Manchester. Development of 140 acres for new business facilites, increased tax revenues, new jobs. Also they are refurbishing an old abandon train bridge that goes across the merrimack river and goes over the freeway. Over the freeway there will be an arch like structure on the bride to give a gateway like feeling with the skyline in the back round as you drive into Manchester.
