This is set to be built in the Gratz Park area of downtown Lexington. It is a luxury condo project and I think units are starting at 400,000.00+. The website is www.blackhorselofts.com. I think the groundbreaking is set for spring and this is located next to Artsplace on Mill St.

Gratz Park is just north of downtown. In fact, you can walk just a couple of blocks from the CBD and you are there. The park and neighborhood separate downtown from Transylvania University. UK is on the southend of downtown. You could walk down Mill St about a mile and you would be on the very edge of UK's campus. Gratz Park is one of the oldest parts of town and has many beautiful old historic homes like the Bodley-Bullock and Hunt-Morgan homes.

This is a great devlopment. The Gratz Park area is very wealthy and I am sure these will be just a drop in the bucket for some of the wealthy in town, LOL! A nice addition to the area around Trannsy!

It is on North Mill and is quite a walk from UK, however, it is fairly close to Transy. It is also very close to the CBD. This project will make for an excellent residental housing anchor for the north side of Lexington.
