The Knight's Fort Mill site already has buyers circling the waters even though the Knights are still a couple of years away from leaving according to The Observer today.

Has anyone seen the rezoning petition for the baseball stadium uptown (2007-136)? Looks like the public hearing is scheduled for September 17th. Does anyone know what the "black square thingy's" are in the left outfield? I have no idea what they could be. Anyone in the know?
