Colliers has released their offices figures for the 1st quarter of 09. There are some changes to the inventory in the Class A office space in downtown. They show a reduction of over 1 million square feet. This could be that space was reclassified to a lower class. It also shows an absorption of 155,000 square feet with a vacancy rate for Class A space at 8.53%.
