I was in Boston a couple months ago and had a couple hours to kill before needing to be to the office, so I hopped off the commuter rail at Ruggles and had a look around Huntington Ave. (my first apartment in the city was on Hemenway right at Forsyth, so I lived more or less in the heart of Northeastern). I was stunned by the transformation. Northeastern has put up some great buildings, and has happily been breaking away from Boston brick. And the renovated trolley stops look really slick. Wish I lived there now rather than a decade ago.
