Riverwalk & Singer Sculpture Repair

There aren't really any buildings that face the river directly. We need to get rid of the post office, and maybe the small surface lot by the Plaza Towers. Project X could certainly have a lot of interaction with the river. I doubt you'll ever see things and close to the river as in San Antonio here though. Unlike San Antonio, the Grand River is a real river and it floods. If there were storefronts at the typical river level, they'd be totally submerged a couple times per year!
