It is now certain that Stephen Harper will be Canada's 22nd Prime Minister. What are your thoughts about the man and the future of Canada? Will the coalition government be fractious and quarrelsome? What will become of Quebec in the new scheme of things? From what I have seen, Mr. Harper appears to be a more reasonable man than the caricature painted by his opponents. Please sound off here.
