Kings Harbor is a mixed-use development on Lake Houston that will contain residential space, 30,000 sf of class A office space, and retail/restaurant space.

A six-story residential loft building called Harbor Lofts is planned for the development. The developers will begin construction on the building when about of the 41 units are pre-sold. They hope to have the building completed by late 2007.
