My guess is a BMW store similar to Michelin on Main, with BMW themed products. That or some corporate offices, which seems less likely to me.

There was mention on BMW coming downtown in this week's GSA Business. Apparently, there were several BMW cars parked on the roof of the TD Bank building downtown.

They were a bunch of 6 series. From what I was told they were there for in town training. But take that with a grain of salt I suppose.

Too large of a building. Think smaller. BMW won't be taking up a ton of space by any means but the type of jobs they will be adding are pretty nice.

Apparently this will be a temporary solution to insufficient office space caused by steady growth.

Heavy rumor that a major Greenville based company may ink a deal to be acquired in the not so distant future. Unlike the NuVox / Windstream deal, the acquiring company of rumored buyout would most probably move all jobs out of Greenville. Let's hope those in Greenville's City Hall are aware and actively working on this.
