Just got his email back about whether it would be at least 10 stories tall or taller. Here is the only thing he said: Sorry, but we cannot reveal much more right now.

Check out this parcel and look around at the adjoining land. Plenty of room for a sizeable development.

Although it's not at all what I expected, I heard today that a new industrial tenant is likely for the W-D distribution center.

I heard today that the Winn-Dixie distribution center is back on the market.

There was a contract taken out by another industrial user, but it appears to have fallen through, meaning the property may once again be a candidate for redevelopment.

well, the 27 was thought over and reduced somewhat. Still taller than BoA tower. But added another what you might call midrise into the development from the levels that were taken out of the tower. That's all i've heard.
