If I ever win the lottery (multiple times in the row) I'll buy every building I can down there and I'd put them to some good use. They all look so great, especially Himelhoch, I love that kind of black polished base with the white stone.

I personaly either see a cafe, resturaunt, or one of those places where they make your ice cream infront of you.

I think Julian Scott didn't work because it wasn't in a marquee location. It might have had a bit more success if it were on Woodward.

according to Natural Sister over at DetroitYes Julian Scott plans to reopen.

Is there any possibility that Himelhoch's could actually reopen? I'm not talking about feasibility but legality here. Could someone open a department store under the Himelhoch name and sell the sort of clothing to the clientele such a place would (hopefully) attract. But then this is coming from someone who believes in a firm proper attire rule at restaurants and the like...

I think it is possible since Himelhoch's is no longer in business and they weren't bought out the name is available
