I agree. There are lots of lots (that was difficult to write - was it difficult to read?) that are unnecessary downtown. That huge parking lot just below the Church Street Bridge at the Sun Trust building is just begging for additional development and a small parking garage.

I've often dreamt of something in the Suntrust parking lot. several buildings. not too high so they wont block the view of downtown, but 4-5 stories would be wonderful! Hopefully an extension of the McBee Station could be worked out or something along those lines...

Anybody check out the Greenville News this morning. They seem to be going backwards with this. Call GTA and tell them how you feel about their bus service being cut. They need to know that people are willing to pay like 2 dollars every year to keep this service in business. This is about our future. If you care, speak up and be heard.
