What about the dump?

I read recently (most likely the Courant but I can't remember) that the dump is scheduled to close in the next year or two. What if anything can be built on this land and how long does it remain.... well, a dump? It's such an eye sore... it's location to me is even worse then 91 chopping off the river.

I thought I read maybe 2 years ago that the Manchester Landfill was getting pretty close to closure as well..

never heard anything more tho

Little League games at Leber Field used to STINK on a hot summer day because of that dump!
