Which Masters degree for a planner?

I've been a GIS monkey for 8-years but am wanting to possibly become a planner in the future (still on the fence about that).

I'm currently finishing up a bachelor's degree in Public Administration and am trying to decide which graduate degree to go for if I go the planning route. My only real options are a Master of Public Administration with a focus in Urban Planning, or a Master of Applied Geography with a focus in Land Development.

Which of these two would be best? Since I will already have a degree in Public Admin., I'm afraid there may be a lot of overlap in the MPA program. Then again, an MPA is very versatile and I can do a lot more with it, while the Masters in Geography is very limited.
