Baltimore

Ive been looking at the different developments and proposals and residential projects for Baltimore. Ive also read that they are demolishing old houses. Are they replacing those, or just leaving vacant lots? Is crime going down? Are people moving back into the city? Is the population rising?

The population loss is slowing down, but its still losing thousands of people each year.

That's how I expected Balitmore to be. It seems that the population loss in most of the declining cities has slowed. Unfortunately not many of them are seeing gains yet.
