There are more projects in the works now. Our office is involved in a very large high-rise building near campus. It has gone through a conceptual design phase and PUD approval through the city. Now we wait on the money.

I just talked to the developer, and it's ok. Our file has gone missing, so it will take some time to retrieve it for any images. I can provide images for the first scheme, which went through the PUD process, gained the city's approval, and then was scrapped by lenders because it didn't have enough 4/4s (which I think is an awful decision). The final scheme calls for 139 units with 4 floors of parking and 6 floors of residential units at Call and Whitehall Drive. The picture I am showing is the first scheme, the second scheme has the city's approval and is much more contemporary, but similar in style. I'm having trouble posting pictures on here, so here is a link to one of the images.

In other news:

Expect the facade along Tennessee Street, where Floyd's, etc. are, to be improved in the next few months. It looks like that project is going ahead. It's not my personal project, so I don't know where it stands, but I wouldn't expect anything grand. It should be a huge improvement though.

To say that AUDevil has hit the UP ground running is an understatement.............info, content, pictures.......jealous, yes I am. As for the rest of you lingering out there (we see you :shades: ), please join the board and post your reactions to these projects, etc. b/c the more insight we can get the better.

The proposed project is for the subdivision of the site into two lots. The site has been approved for 200 multi-family dwelling units, a 70-room hotel, and a 145,200 square foot parking structure. The subject project is located on 2.8 acres. Currently Zoned UPUD (Urban Planned Unit Development).
