Stadium West Student Housing (TPA080036) (21-34-50- B-0010, B-0020, B-0030, B-0040, B-0050, B-0060, B-0070, 21-34-51-000-1300, 1310, 1315, 1330, 1340, 1350, & 1360) located on 7.53 acres at 233 Lipona Road. The proposed project is for the removal of all existing structures and the construction of 304 multi-family units at a density of 40.37 units per acre. The property is zoned UT (University Transition).

This would be South of Pensacola and North of Bellevue.
