I think that our planners are going to be quite busy this year. I think that this could be a banner year, not just for proposed projects, but for projects that actually get started.

It looks like Blue Bridge is submitting another proposal to the city, with the developer supposedly taking on all the risk this time. There is an article in MLive about it today. Only time will tell....
